For our Head Office in Kyiv we are looking for highly motivated candidate to the position of
Analyst to Compensation and Benefits Department
with HR Department of METRO Cash and Carry Ukraine.
The role will provide you with the unique opportunity to perform with Compensation&Benefits function in a fast growing multinational company. This position includes in particular the following topics:
• Analyze Company benefits system and implement changes;
• Manage database, monitor system and report;
• Review other Ukrainian employers salary rates;
• Support new compensation and benefits Projects independently and together with Finance Division as well;
The successful candidate will be expected to possess an excellent analytical skills combined with at least one year of professional experience with figures analysis. Further we expect a good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Access particularly.
In addition to these qualifications and experience, the successful candidate should possess a good knowledge of English. You are required to be a good team worker, able to demonstrate good administration skills.
