We are seeking web developers to join the team of a state of the American satellite company to help grew their experience in the field of men developer.
Responsibilities
• Development and technical integration of Web based programming elements with HTML design elements, HTML design templates, formatting, layout and configuration.
• Development of Web user interfaces.
• Development related to a custom Flash player.
• Programming and database integration for Web applications, online forms, online reports and other store and retrieve applications using JSP, ASP and databases of various types.
• Alpha testing and adherence to a quality assurance process for all new and updated Web based code.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and bugs, identify problem source, debug and directly resolve the issue.
• Manage assigned responsibilities, which may include creation and maintenance of functional and technical design documents.
• Research, development and testing of new technologies for future use.
• Work on patch, minor or major releases with updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Coordinate and communicate with project manager and business analysts.
Applicants must have a degree in a relevant subject and the following knowledge/experience:
• 1-3 years Web design and development experience;
• JavaScript;
• PHP, Open Source;
• HTML, DHTML, CGI, CSS / Style sheets;
• Knowledge of and experience with various databases;
• XML, Web Services;
• Programming and database integration skills;
• Good troubleshooting skills;
• Functional and technical documentation skills.
Knowledge in the following subjects will be advantages:
• J2EE, JSP, ASP;
• Flash, Flex, Ajax;
• E-commerce experience;
• Solid design and user interface skills.
Must be a team player, possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently as well as with others. Must be able to work closely with business and project leaders to meet project goals and deadlines.
